1 tablespoon of the powder + 8 oz of water + 1-2 oz of milk is a bit nutty but overall ok. w/out milk it just tastes like traditional chinese medicine (tcm).
i was a bit restless a while later when talking to my friend on the phone, but overall there's zero obvious effect on me. i slept well, and usually with or without coffee i have the same amount of stress level during daytime. there are too many other variables playing and the fluctuations can be hardly defined. any correlation is insignificant to me. there wasn't any spike with regular coffee. then logically this one would be significantly weaker, or if there's a "spike," it would be a gradual and sustained one without a literal spike and crash.
tldr it tastes like nut w/ milk, tcm w/out. i certainly hope that within the 30 day window it can do smth good about my digestion, immune system, and focus? these are the three things i care about the most rn.
and this would be a good moment to remind myself the prospect of potentially getting an erlenmeyer flask or smth similar as my future office drinking cup. it should be paird up with something like ryze, or ryze per se.
it's a subscription that you can easily cancel but still a subscription model. if it's good, i will reactivate it. the product test continues.
