i will see if nidi is fit as a cofounder if she can execute the tasks i assigned her for this week. right now there are a lot of mixed signals aka yellow flags.

objectives for this week
- Find the information of 10-15 labs (beyond) doing cortical brain organoid-based research and draft outreach emails. these drafts need to showcase your understanding of the problem telora is aiming to solve.
- Find 10-15 top funding opportunities based on venture compatibility (non-dilutive competitions/grants, accelerators to apply, angels and vcs). amount of money doesn’t matter yet. we are just doing this to show customer traction and bring funding opportunities.
- see if the UMass masters guy can commit to this project and if he is available to meet next weekend to discuss roles

meanwhile i will be still working on:
- pitch deck (urgent)
- DUAs for salk and umass (urgent)
- securing data from umass (urgent)
- getting sun as advisor (urgent)
- lock in research plan (urgent)
- look into non-dilutive but fast funding opportunities to get nick on board (done before end of october)
- secure 1500-2500 images from rest of the labs and start building v1 with nick and his ppl. (done before start of november)
- then raise a seed round to get v2 started. (at the beginning of 2026)
lots are coming up. i need to execute fast.
